CHECK-IN: EVERY DAY
The day of arrival day is charged the full boarding rate.
CHECK-OUT: MONDAY-SATURDAY
Check-out time is 10 am. Dogs & cats picked up by 10 am will not be charged for that day. Dogs & cats picked up after 10 am will be charged the current daycare rate for that day.
CHECK-OUT: SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS
Since we are closed to the public until 1 pm on Sundays, check-out time begins at 1 pm. The latest Sunday pick up or drop off is 4:45 pm. We are closed to the public on all major holidays.

VACCINATIONS
We utilize the same vaccination requirements for our spa service clients as our daycare and boarding clients: Rabies, DHLPP, & Bordetella.
ARRIVALS
Stand-alone spa service clients must arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Customers who require more time may add daycare to their spa service.
DEPARTURES
Our bathers will provide an expected window of time for pick-ups. Customers will be notified of unforeseen delays as soon as possible. If more than 30 minutes after a spa service is complete is required, a daycare stay will be added to the total.
