We utilize the same vaccination requirements for our spa service clients as our daycare and boarding clients: Rabies, DHLPP, & Bordetella.
ARRIVALS
Stand-alone spa service clients must arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Customers who require more time may add daycare to their spa service.
DEPARTURES
Our bathers will provide an expected window of time for pick-ups. Customers will be notified of unforeseen delays as soon as possible. If more than 30 minutes after a groom is complete is required, a daycare stay will be added to the total.
CASH & CHECKS
All prices quoted are for cash or check only. All other transactions will have a 3.5% service charge.
